Feet are so precious until you have a problem, you take them for granted. What do feet and the normal fat of the body got in common? What do feet and the adrenal glands have in common? These are mysterious questions to the average western mind. In the science of ayurveda the connection is clear. In this article I will answer those questions and point you to a treasure of practical daily information that will help you and your family be healthy and happy.Fat tissues is composed of cholesterol. The dreaded heart clogging sticky stuff. Fat tissues also has adipose, fat and lipid. This is the ayureda science is called Kapha. It is many places in the body. We are all familiar with fat of the belly, the backside, and of course those dreaded love bars.

And fat is under the skin as the fatty layer between the muscles. Fat is seen in the cheeks, and the breast. Fat is behind the eyeballs, and the biggest storehouse of fat in the body is the omentum.

If you look up adrenal glands in Wikipedia you will find mention to the ” In mammals, the adrenal glands (also known as suprarenal glands) are the … Abdominal Wall: The Retroperitoneal Fat and Suprarenal Glands”; Adrenal Gland, …”, The Ancient scientist were very accurate in their science as the modern medical scientist.

We find countless examples of this parrallel as we study the science of Ayurveda and modern medicine.

the fat is regulated by the adrenal glands. there are two types of fat, One is white and is the fat of that does the job of retaining the water in the body. This is kapha fat. The other is brown fat. This is the Pitta fat. This fat does the job of retaining heat in the body. Yes, you guessed if you have hot feet or hands you have an imbalance in your brown pitta fat. Fat is affected by the level of enzyme activity.

Too little enzymes not enough digestion. Sluggish metabolism affects all the tissues and it makes the fat tissue accumulate which in turn makes the white fat hold too much water and the brown fat hold too much heat.

If you have too much white or brown fat you may have also the following symptoms, too thirsty, edema, heavy feeling in the stomach, feel sleepy and heavy, emotionally agitated.

Of course weight gain can be a problem but don’t have to be it could be also the opposite cannot gain weight. Are you a person who always has alot of tartar on the teeth?

Yes, this is a sign of a fat tissue imbalance. Burning hands and burning feet are cardinal signs of the fat tissue imbalance. Other bigger problems can eventually develop like hypertension, high cholesterol, obesity, anorexia, and heart attack.

A dry throat that the person is always clearing is a symptom that indicates later problems related to diabetes actually.

Obviously during these symptoms flare ups one must be very careful of their diet.

Stay away from sugar. Emotional stress because as I mentioned earlier fat tissue imbalance is a function of healthy adrenals you must be sure you are doing stress release practices. Salt, alcohol need to be very moderately used. Exercise, Exercise, Exercise no matter what you must exercise if you show any of these signs.

There are beautiful herbs that can be used to help these problems.

Some need to be prescribed by a qualified ayurvedic physician.

Others, like coriander, cumin and fennel can be used daily and made in your own kitchen.

Take one teaspoon of each . Take 4 cups of water . Cook the common spices and water down to two cups.

Drink these two cups daily. It will help tremendously. No Side effect.

These are common spices put in food in restaurants all over the world.

That is why I love Ayurveda it is so beautiful and simple. Also, for immediate relief of hot feet and hands apply coconut oil to feet and hands three times a day.I know this works as I have used it countless times with excellent results.
